Manufacturing Process

Raw jute is sorted according to fiber quality. It is then softened and conditioned using emulsion to improve pliability.

The fibers are disentangled and cleaned in a carding machine to produce slivers. Multiple slivers are drawn together and spun into yarns of varying thicknesses based on the end use.

Yarns are woven or knitted into fabric using looms, often in hessian (burlap), sacking, or canvas forms.

The fabric is dyed, laminated, printed, or treated based on product requirements.

The jute fabric is cut and stitched into finished products like bags, mats, or decorative items.

Finished goods go through quality checks before being packed and dispatched.
